The buyer's order is processed and the item shipped within 2-5 working days after it has been received. Should unforeseen circumstances occur that could cause the delay (e.g. the item is sold out of stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer), the buyer will be informed immediately via the contact information he or she provides at the time of purchase.
