FAQ about linen
How should linen be washed?
The linen is machine washable at a temperature of 40-60C, but cannot be boiled because it will shrink. We recommend environmentally friendly detergents. Can be dried in a tumble dryer.
What maintenance advice should be followed when caring for linen?
Stain removal - the stains should be rinsed as soon as possible and an organic stain remover applied (eg green soap), then washed as described above.
Dry cleaning is possible, but not recommended for most linen products. Exceptions are curtains, roller blinds - dry cleaning is recommended.
Ironing at 200° C (highest temperature) with the fabric well moistened in advance (or recently washed and not yet dried). Spray with ironing starch to get a perfect result.
Do linen products have quality certificates?
The linen fabric for the products we sell has OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificates.

Up to 5-14 working days. It depends on the season, delivery region and schedule of delivery services.
What are the payment or return terms (including defective items)?
You can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD bank card, Vipps, Klarna and invoice. Defective products can be returned or replaced within a couple of weeks. Read more under legal information.
