Delivery terms

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the buyer or the buyer's representative has accepted the goods.
If a delivery time is not specified in the order confirmation, the seller (retailer or dropshipper) must deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receipt of the order. The goods must be delivered to the buyer, unless otherwise specifically agreed by the parties.

When a customer places an order, they receive an order confirmation indicating the expected delivery time. Sales contracts are also concluded with him or her when the goods are ready for dispatch or receipt. The buyer must remember the order confirmation, the collection code he or she received via SMS/email upon mail delivery, and a valid photo ID upon receipt of the item. If the buyer wishes to pick up the goods themselves, this is completely free. If you still can’t pick it up yourself, the buyer can order home delivery.

Items are only sent to postal addresses in Norway and delivered to your door or post office/post store via Posten, Bring and/or Helthjem.

Stock items typically ship from the seller's warehouse within 2-5 business days, delivery times for ordered items vary and will be specified in the individual item description.

If the product is out of stock, the seller first places an order with the supplier (retailer or dropshipper). Items typically take up to 2 weeks to arrive at the retailer's warehouse and once the item arrives at the warehouse, normal processing times apply. Seller notes that Seller reserves the right to delays during periods of high demand, such as Christmas shopping and Black Friday may impact processing times.

Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer will receive a dispatch confirmation via email. In this email, he or she also receives a tracking link so that he or she can follow the shipment until it is delivered. The shipment can be tracked immediately after it is sorted and registered at the terminal.

Standard delivery time is 5-14 business days after receiving payment.

The parcel will remain in the post office or post office for 14 days before being returned to the seller's warehouse.

If the customer does not pick up the item they ordered, they may be charged return shipping and collection fees. This fee should at best cover our actual handling and domestic shipping costs.

The seller provides free shipping to its customers if the order amount exceeds NOK 3,999. This only applies to individuals making purchases directly using cards.

If the goods must be delivered to the buyer's address, and the buyer is not at home at the agreed delivery time, the goods are returned to the seller on the carrier's terms or an alternative delivery option is agreed with the carrier. . Shipping costs are non-refundable. When ordering a new delivery, a new delivery cost will be added.

When receiving a product from, the first thing the buyer should do is check that the packaging appears intact. The buyer must do his research well. If there is visible damage, it must be repaired immediately. The buyer may refuse to accept a package that appears damaged without signing for it. Then the carrier must take the goods back.

The buyer may unpack a smaller package to ensure that the item is undamaged and otherwise consistent with the order.
