Ordering and payment
The buyer's order is processed and the goods are shipped within 2-5 business days after receiving it. In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise that may result in a delay (for example, an item is out of stock and must be ordered from a manufacturer, retailer, or dropshipper), the buyer will be immediately informed through the contact information he or she provides at that time of purchases. In the rare event that an item is sold out by the seller and is no longer available from the manufacturer (retailer or dropshipper), the seller will credit the buyer's purchase.
The seller may require payment for the goods from the moment they are sent from us to the buyer.
The buyer can freely choose one of the payment options, for example, payment by card (Visa; Mastercard, Amex) through online payment processing platform Stripe, payment methods Vipps, Klarna or by invoice. The buyer's card number is not stored after the transaction is completed. If the buyer chooses the Klarna payment method, the 30-day right of return begins from the date the buyer physically receives the goods.
If the buyer decides to pay for the goods using an invoice, it must be paid within 14 days from the date of purchase. The buyer's invoice is activated and sent to the buyer at the email address he or she provided in the order.
Other deliveries are payable upon receipt using one of the above payment methods. At the moment we want to avoid cash payment method due to dangerous diseases (eg covid-19).
It is not possible to add additional items to an order confirmed and paid for on the website.
If a customer wants to buy a gift card, they can do so on the website husstudio.no. The gift card is delivered digitally to the email address provided. Gift cards can be purchased for an additional amount of NOK 100 to NOK 1,000 and exchanged online. When purchasing gift cards, payment by card is the only approved payment method. Open Purchase does not apply to gift card purchases. All gift cards purchased on our website are valid for 2 years. The date is indicated on the gift card.
When a customer makes an in-store purchase, they can redeem the amount for a gift card by entering a unique code in the correct field at checkout. Gift card codes are not case sensitive.
Gift card balance can be used for more than one order. The remaining gift card balance is counted toward your total order cost, which may include taxes and shipping costs.
When a customer uses a gift card, one of the following options is displayed at checkout:
- If the gift card balance is greater than or equal to the order amount, the buyer can click “Complete Order.”
- If the gift card balance is less than the order amount, the customer is asked to select an additional payment method for the remaining balance before placing the order.
Note!
If a customer wants to purchase a gift card for someone else, they must forward the gift card email to the recipient.
General conditions of gift certificates.
Gift cards:
(i) cannot be recharged;
(ii) cannot be exchanged for cash;
(iii) does not include any activation fees or additional service fees, or fees that reduce the value of the Card over time;
(iv) not used to provide refunds for undelivered items;
(v) the current expiration date is indicated on the cover; And
(vi) is intended for one-time use only and can only be used in the online store husstudio.no to purchase goods and services from us and not from other sellers or companies. The seller cannot issue a gift card in excess of NOK 1,000, however this does not prevent the purchase of several gift cards at the same time.
Each gift card will be marked with a logo.
